7. Signs that a man is about to break up with a woman include that he spends less time with her, he is no longer romantic, passionate kissing turns into quick pecks (particularly no kiss during sex), he fantasizes about someone else during sex, he pats her during a hug, and he tries to start fights.

Bad Habits, And why wont I give it up?

My habbits and why wont I give them up?

My first and most commonly known habbit is Smoking first let's explain the harmful effects on Smoking
- Smoking wrecks the teeth, What it does to your teeth is turns them yellow, if you have been smoking for a long time you'll start to have black tar and white spots in your mouth.
Why wont I give it up?
I wont give it up because like a normal habit, it's hard to quit. Also a commonly known habbit, may be everyones bad habbit.
My Second Habbit would be coffee, I wake up every morning with A pot of coffee, I have A pot of coffee in the afternoon,  and one pot in the evening, Talk about bad habbit right? But first before I explain why I can't budge with it let me tell you what Harmful effect it has on your body.
- Coffee is like A drug, it has A huge amount of caffeine in it, but everyone knows that, I wanna tell you why do people like coffee it's the most common thing to drink if you're a smoker just like beer.
Why can't I part with Coffee?
Well, the reason being on why I can't part with coffee, It keeps my energy going, most doctors would think someone like me "Having ADHD" woulden't need coffee, WRONG. You may think I'm diabetic using that amount of sugar, Nope I'm not diabetic, but like any other habbit Coffee is the one thing I shoulden't of started in the first place.

But not all habbits are bad, you can pick up some good habbits, it's up to you if you stick with them and/or abuse them.

The 5 W's Of Why I started Blogging

In this blog i'm gonna write about the reason i started to blog a few days ago.

I wanted to do something that would interest me, Something that i would love and enjoy doing.

I did some research, took people's advice, followed my heart, and i wanted to blog.

In my blogs, I'm aiming to write on serious topics, that include my life, and interesting facts about life in general, I may from time to time post a How To: Blog or something totally off topic.

I want my blogs to be meaninful and want people to enjoy reading them like a book for example. I want people to not get offended, I am not a racist, I am keeping my blogs clean reason for that is i wanna attract viewers not Scare them away, obvious choice".

I'm open to critisim, open questions about my blogs, along with your opinions, How do you want me to improve if i don't get that, Right?

I chose to blog because I didin't have an easy life growing up, and i want to send a strong message in my blogs that i'm harmless and i'm doing this to keep my mind going, I took up blogging to try something I know nothing about, I wanna learn the ways of a blogger.

Main reason I took up blogging is because I like to connect with people meet new people, I didin't take it up because i'm an attention seeker No! No! No! You got it all wrong, I did it because it keeps me busy, let's me excape life for am entire blog.

When i'm writing a blog I get in this quiet zone, and just lose a sence of reallity for a moments time, and that's healthy and stress free.

That's why I took up blogging

For those who take Life for granted

Life as i learned so far

Their's an old saying that Life isin't easy well, Life is what you make of it, rather it be hard or easy it is all how you deal with things.

Can Life Throw You Off?
Life will throw you in every direction hard or easy, That's natural Who Said Life Would Be Easy? No one is perfect, Not even Me.
Some say life is a And i quote "B!TC#" That is only because they are taking life so seriously, I sometimes say that to, But like I said no one's perfect. People shoulden't take life for granted if it wasin't for your mom and dad you would not be here, Be Thankful, Be Humble. No one is gonna force you to listen to others opinions, I'm just telling you how "Myself" Looked at life, I still got alot to learn but What i did is took Other peoples advice, and used them to my full advantage.
Take the people around you for example who Lived longer then you ask them "How did you do Life?" And if you think that's a stupid question, Think Again
Think about the comercials you see on tv in these foreign countries How do they take on Life? They don't have it half as good as some of you guys do, Take some time and reflect on that, Dwell On It
Be Thankful, Be Humble

So I hope after reading this you will reflect  on what was said and go up to your Mom and Dad because without them you would not exist.

Does Depression Hurt? This Is how i coped with my Depression

Does Depression Hurt?
My input on how depression affects us all.

Depression often starts in Childhood

Depression - Depression, also known as major depression, clinical depression or major depressive disorder is a medical illness that causes a constant feeling of sadness and lack of interest. Depression affects how the person feels, behaves and thinks.
Have I Felt Depression?

I had depression when i was a young adolescent, throughout highschool. When i went through depression i was going through these mixed emotions including, Anger,  Suicidal thoughts, I would always think i'm being left out by that i mean family, friends. Depression also gave me another illness "Social Anxiety" When you start to feel these things don't let it continue, Stop and talk with someone, see a doctor, Medication in my opinion may not be the best awnser But talking to someone everyday, it may seem "Hard" but it really works, always think positive, Keep yourself productive, Keep busy, and within time you'll forget you even had depression. Depression comes and goes "As i looked at it" I did what i did to cope with it, and that's how i got over depression.

Depression is harmful to the human body, and brain it's always good to talk it out just like when you're sick "Sweat it out"

And that is how i coped with my depression
